Jam Studio booking and refund policy as code of conduct:

  • Jam room has acoustic Drumkit, Guitar Amps, Bass Amps, Mixer, Mic (4 nos.) and Speaker.
  • Keyboard and Guitar are not included. Bring your own keyboard and guitar.
  • Need pre-booking for Jam Studio slots.
  • All payments should be done in advance.
  • Pre-booking is only confirmed after advance payment.
  • Once payment is done, it cannot be refunded.
  • For rescheduling, please contact over phone. Rescheduling is only allowed 48 hours before the booked time.
  • Any exceed in usage time will be considered as a new slot and will be billed.
  • No food items are allowed inside the Jam Room.
  • No smoking and no alcohols are allowed inside the Jam Room.
  • All items in the Jam room should be properly handled.
  • Any damage in any item will be chargeable to the last user. Please make sure all items are working fine before the use.
