Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Fusion School of Music and Dance, we are committed to providing high-quality music and dance education in a professional and transparent manner. We encourage all students and parents to carefully review our refund policy before enrolling in any course, workshop, or program.

Course Fee Refunds

All course fees paid for regular classes are generally non-refundable once the admission process has been completed. This policy helps us manage class schedules, reserve student seats, and allocate faculty resources effectively. Students are advised to attend a trial class, if available, and clarify any questions before confirming their enrollment.

Cancellation Before Course Commencement

If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the course begins, they must notify the administration in writing. Refund requests made prior to the commencement of classes may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund may be subject to applicable administrative or processing charges.

After Course Commencement

Once classes have started, no refund will be provided for tuition fees, registration charges, learning materials, or any other associated costs. Students who discontinue their course voluntarily, miss classes, relocate, or are unable to continue due to personal reasons will not be eligible for a refund.

Workshops, Events, and Special Programs

Fees paid for workshops, masterclasses, concerts, examinations, performances, or special training programs are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances where an event is cancelled by Fusion School of Music and Dance, participants may receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Missed Classes

No refunds or fee reductions will be provided for missed classes due to illness, travel, examinations, personal commitments, or any other reason. Where possible, makeup classes may be offered at the discretion of the management and subject to instructor availability.

Class Rescheduling

Fusion School of Music and Dance reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor availability, holidays, or force majeure events. In such cases, alternative class timings or makeup sessions will be arranged whenever reasonably possible. These situations do not qualify for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from genuine medical emergencies or other exceptional situations may be reviewed individually by the management. Supporting documents may be required, and any decision regarding refunds will remain at the sole discretion of Fusion School of Music and Dance.

Payment Errors

If a duplicate payment or incorrect transaction occurs due to a technical or payment gateway error, please contact our administration immediately with the payment details. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Processing Time

Approved refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
